International Women’s Day: Celebrating Women in Engineering

This week at Panacea we celebrated International Women’s Day by acknowledging all the great achievements and work being done by the women we work with and our company’s commitment to promoting equality within the engineering sector.

As an energy company, it’s our responsibility to inspire women in the engineering sector and to recognize the importance of an inclusive culture in the workplace, in particular, to encourage women into engineering roles and to highlight the importance of why more female engineers are needed and the benefits this serves in terms of our commitment to innovation, performance, and the quality of our services that we provide to our customers.

In recognizing the achievements of women in engineering and through our partnership with Bath University, we are delighted to give praise to Vicky Regan who is currently on our yearly placement programme and studying towards a MEng Chemical Engineering Degree. We would like to give praise to Vicky Regan for her work and growth within Panacea.

With a considerable gender gap in engineering, we are dedicated to providing women with the right tools to grow as leaders in this field Whilst seek to inspire other companies to support upcoming engineers of the future.
